Frequently Asked Questions

Q:Can you Repair any type of glass?
YES. We work on virtually all types of glass – Plate, Tempered, Mirrored, Tinted, Laminated, and Curved. Only, the degree of the curvature will limit the ability of the system to function.

Q:Can you remove permanent Stains, Acid Etched Graffiti and Mineral Deposits?
Absolutely…we can remove even the most stubborn stains.

Q: Can a Scratch or Surface Damage be too deep to repair?
Yes. There is a point where the damage is too extensive and repairing is not viable. But, on that note we do what our competitors don’t and fix what they can’t. We can even successfully remove welding splatter and acid etched graffiti..

Q: Do you Guarantee your work?
100% We guarantee our work not only meets, but exceeds ASTM standards. Our customers can inspect the glass from any distance they wish. We encourage them to walk right up to the glass and check it. And if we don’t deliver what we promise, you don’t pay for it.

Q:How much does it cost?
The price varies depending on the type and amount of damage. Every repair is different so we have to physically see the job before we could quote you a price. We typically save our customers as much up to 75% of the replacement cost.

Q:Do you charge for an estimate?
No. All our estimates are free of charge.

Q:Does the Restoration Process weaken the glass?
No. Scratched glass is already damaged. Similar to the way a glass cutter scores a piece of glass, a scratch creates a fracture point in the surface tension. By removing the scratch the surface tension is restored and the glass is returned to its original integrity.

Q: How long does it take?
The time frame of a repair depends on the type of damage, how bad it is, and how much there is. We can tell you that our patented equipment allows us to restore glass up to 50% quicker then any of our competitors.

Q:How much does it cost?
All repairs range from $25-$250 per window depending on size and severity. We give volume discounts for multiple window orders.
