AT&T Called us reporting they had graffiti from local and rival gangs all over their business. We arrived on site and within hours of removing the graffiti were greeted by not only a happy manager, but a happy neighbor.
A local woman came up to us in her vehicle. She asked us," hey are you guys removing the graffiti off of the walls"
Daniel," yes we are, its ugly ain't it?"
The woman," not only is it ugly, but its actually a turf battle between rival gangs!!" with a very sad look on her face.
I was kind of in a state of shock at the comment. But she proceeded, "what you guys are doing for this community, I can't express how grateful I and we are you guys are doing this. Every time this goes up, someone in the neighborhood dies."
I was speechless, I smiled. I had no response......
She said "THANK YOU!!!" and I know she meant it.
I could care less about the money at this point, we change a life's life, a neighborhood, a community. The feeling we all had, was unexplainable.
WE SAVED A LIFE.....
